Each year we seek to hire 2-3 Resident Advisors to join our staff on the ground in Israel and abroad. While it is not a requirement to be an alum to be successful in this job, we have found that alumni often make the best RAs. Over the years, this role has taken on various identities, including, programming, logistics, social and emotional wellness support, and much more.
